A day of self-care. Haircut, massage, yoga. Can’t beat it.

I struggled hangry and slight hungover through a three-hour historic tour of the Prague Castle before going out again for round two in Prague.

An eventful day that started in Vienna and ended in a hole-in-the-wall bar in Prague drinking beers with 2 Germans and a Canadian. And no, that isn’t a beginning line to a joke.

I arrive in Vienna where I meet a nice couple during breakfast and it ends up with me attending an opera, totally on a whim.

Spent the entire day being a tourist and roaming around the city of Budapest. Highlights included seeing a mummified hand of a king in a church, a beautiful nighttime view of the parliament building lit up and reflecting on the river, and meditating in a church.

Spent the day recovering at a spa and planning the rest of my trip in Europe.

I meet some cool people in Budapest and go to a rave.

I spend a little under 24 hours visiting Salzburg.

A transition post about what I’ve been up to since not blog for almost the last two months before I begin again sharing my travels from Europe.

After a few fails to start the morning, I recovered for an excellent day in Munich including a bike tour! Germany becomes my 6th country on this Eurotrip.
